A medical student dies after jumping from fifth floor in Hyderabad in a tragic incident that occurred on Friday, July 24, in Nagaram under the Keesara police limits. The deceased, identified as Dikshita, was a 26-year-old postgraduate medical student pursuing her studies in Bengaluru.
According to police, Dikshita had returned to Hyderabad last week and was staying with her parents at their apartment in West Gandhi Nagar. On Friday evening, she reportedly went to the terrace of the apartment building and jumped from the fifth floor.
She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital with severe injuries. Despite doctors’ efforts, she succumbed to her injuries during treatment.
Suicide Note Recovered
Following the incident in which a medical student dies after jumping from fifth floor in Hyderabad, police recovered a handwritten suicide note from the scene.
According to investigators, the note stated that Dikshita was unhappy with her life and had been experiencing mental distress. Police have not disclosed additional details from the note as the investigation is ongoing.

Student Was Pursuing Postgraduate Medical Studies
