An unidentified man allegedly sexually harassed a 28-year-old woman while she was drawing rangoli outside a residence in Hyderabad’s upscale Jubilee Hills area on Thursday. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation to identify and trace the accused.
According to police officials, the incident occurred when the woman was engaged in drawing rangoli outside a house in the locality. The suspect reportedly arrived at the spot on a motorcycle before approaching the woman.
Accused Allegedly Behaved Inappropriately
Preliminary information suggests that the man parked his motorcycle nearby and walked towards the woman. He allegedly behaved inappropriately with her, causing distress and panic.
The woman immediately raised an alarm, prompting the accused to flee from the location before local residents or authorities could apprehend him.
Police said the victim’s quick reaction helped prevent the situation from escalating further.

Following the complaint, personnel from the Jubilee Hills Police Station reached the scene and began collecting information related to the incident.
