Hyderabad: Man Beaten to Death by Friend Under Kompally Flyover
A man beaten to death by friend under the Kompally flyover has shocked residents after the victim’s body was found on Thursday morning, July 16. Police have identified the deceased as Narasimhulu, 35, a native of Srikakulam district in Andhra Pradesh. The accused, who is believed to be the victim’s friend, allegedly attacked him with a stick before fleeing the scene.
According to the police, the incident came to light after local residents noticed the victim lying motionless beneath the flyover and alerted authorities. Officers from Pet Basheerabad Police Station immediately reached the spot and began an investigation.
The body was later shifted to Osmania General Hospital for a postmortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.

Police have registered a murder case under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in connection with the incident.
Speaking about the case, an official from the Pet Basheerabad Police Station said that while the accused has been identified, the motive behind the crime is yet to be established.
“The accused allegedly attacked the victim with a stick and fled the spot. A murder case has been registered, and efforts are underway to apprehend him,” the official said.
