A shocking incident was reported from Hyderabad‘s Raidurgam area where a 22-year-old man allegedly attacked his girlfriend and several members of her family with a knife after she rejected his advances. The accused was later arrested by the police.
According to officials, the accused, identified as K Govardhan, had reportedly been harassing the 20-year-old woman for some time. The situation escalated after the woman refused his advances, leading to a violent confrontation in the early hours of Friday.

Police said Govardhan allegedly entered the woman’s residence at around 3:00 AM and attacked her with a knife. Family members who rushed to protect the victim were also assaulted during the incident.
The woman’s parents, sister, and uncle sustained injuries while trying to stop the accused from carrying out the attack.
