Man Finds Lizard in Vada, Chutney at Tiffin Centre
A customer allegedly found a lizard in the food served at a tiffin centre in Warangal, raising concerns over food safety and hygiene standards at local eateries.
The incident took place in the Kashibugga area of Warangal on Thursday, June 25, when the customer visited the tiffin centre for breakfast. According to the customer, he was eating a vada when he noticed what appeared to be a lizard’s head inside the snack. He further claimed that the remaining part of the lizard was found in the chutney served along with it.
Shocked by the discovery, the customer shared details of the incident on social media and demanded immediate action from food safety authorities. He urged officials to conduct inspections at the tiffin centre and other food establishments across the city to ensure proper hygiene standards are being followed.
“I was having breakfast and found a lizard’s head in the vada and the rest of its body in the chutney,” the customer alleged in a social media post.

When confronted by the customer, the owners of the tiffin centre reportedly denied any negligence.
