A shocking incident has come to light from Sangareddy district, where a husband allegedly murders wife dumps body at a local dargah after a suspected domestic dispute. The accused later surrendered before the police, who have launched an investigation into the case.
The incident occurred in Irakpally village of Nagulgidda mandal during the early hours of Tuesday. According to police, the accused, identified as Sayyaed Multhan, allegedly attacked his wife Irfana (32) with a sharp weapon at their residence. She reportedly died on the spot due to the injuries.
