Telangana Woman Dies in Road Accident in New Jersey, Family in Shock
A 44-year-old woman from Telangana, identified as Sripati Deepa Reddy, died in a road accident in New Jersey, USA, on Monday, leaving her family, relatives and friends in deep shock.
Deepa Reddy was a native of Madgul mandal in Ranga Reddy district. She was the daughter of Pattabhi Shekar Reddy and Shashireka.
According to reports, Deepa Reddy married Ramkrishna Reddy, a native of Akuthotapally village in Amangal mandal, around 20 years ago. The couple were reportedly software professionals and later moved to the United States, where they settled.
The fatal accident reportedly occurred near a traffic signal in New Jersey when another car allegedly rammed into the vehicle in which Deepa Reddy was travelling.
She sustained severe injuries in the collision and reportedly died at the spot.
News of her death reached her native place in Telangana, leaving her family members, relatives and friends devastated. The incident also cast a pall of gloom over the village as people mourned the sudden death of the woman who had settled in the United States.
