TG ICET 2026 Counselling From July 31: Check Schedule and Important Dates
The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the detailed notification for TG ICET 2026 counselling on its official website. The counselling process for admission to MBA and MCA courses in government and private colleges across Telangana will begin on July 31, 2026.
The schedule was released on Monday by A. Sridevasena, Convener of ICET admissions and Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana.
TG ICET 2026 Counselling Schedule
Seats under the convener quota will be filled through two phases of counselling. The first phase will be conducted from July 31 to August 14, 2026, while the final phase will take place from August 17 to August 25, 2026.
According to the notification, around 46,654 candidates who qualified in TG ICET 2026 are expected to participate in the counselling process and secure seats in MBA and MCA programmes.

TG ICET 2026 Counselling: What Candidates Should Know
Candidates participating in the counselling process must complete the required registration, slot booking and certificate verification within the specified deadlines.
After document verification, eligible candidates can register their web options between August 3 and 8. The seat allotment is scheduled to be completed by August 11.
Candidates who receive seats will then have to complete the required fee payment and self-reporting process between August 11 and 14.
The counselling process will subsequently move to the final phase from August 17 to 25. The authorities will also issue guidelines for spot admissions on August 24.
Along with the counselling notification, TGCHE has released details regarding helpline centres, the manual option form and other instructions applicable to reserved-category and minority-category candidates.
Candidates are advised to carefully check the official counselling notification and complete each step within the prescribed deadlines to avoid missing out on admission opportunities.
